"Awakening" T-shirt Release Party & Art Show

This Friday, March 21st, Random Manufacturing will be releasing the fifth installment to their collection of fine art t-shirts. "Awakening" by CX artist Nick Bahula won the online voter based design contest back in January with a total of 375 votes. The t-shirt release party will be hosted at Agency Board Shop in Yucaipa, CA at 7pm with a champagne toast at 9pm. Nick Bahula will be there to thank those of you who pre-ordered t-shirts online with a free art block.

CX Artist Nick Bahula has become known for leaving his wood block photo transfers where ever he goes. His photos on Instagram have followers searching high and low for these hidden gems.

Deeply rooted in graffiti culture right along side slap tags, wheat paste posters, and the tile mosaics of Space Invader, the Free Arts Movement takes it a step further. Paired with social media sites such as Instagram and Facebook, artists all over the globe have embraced this movement giving it a new life. Posting photos of their art work placed in vague locations, these artists are making our daily lives a scavenger hunt full of wonderful surprises.

Riverside ReStore - Online Auction

Back in May, Riverside ReStore's Artist Showcase featured over 40 artists with pieces inspired by the theme “Home is where our story begins.” 

 CX member Nick Bahula was one of the many participating artists who received a Quick Build Imagination House as their blank canvas. Those dollhouse canvases have been completed and are now on display and up for auction at the Habitat for Humanity's Riverside ReStore website.
