ARTfriends - A Riverside Art Make Project by Nathaniel Osollo

Monday - Thursday this week CX member Nathaniel Osollo will be paper macheing at the Cesar Chavez Community Center from 6:00pm - 8:30pm in Riverside, CA. Nathaniel is part of a selection of artists developing projects for the Riverside Art Museum's "Art Make", a series of public art happenings in four neighborhoods throughout the city of Riverside beginning in April 2014. The workspace is open to the public who are welcome to help build and take part in Nathaniel's ARTfriends project. All supplies are provided, just bring some old clothes to wear.

Handmade Books @ Riverside Art Museum.

CX member and art teacher Jeff Ribaudo and Froukje Schaafsma Smith have collaborated on an exhibit at the Riverside Art Museum that features handmade artist books. The artists will be at the Riverside Art Museum tonight during Riverside Artswalk October 3rd from 6pm - 9pm and the artist reception Friday October 4th from 7pm - 9pm.

Ribaudo and Smith will also be at The Long Night of Arts and Innovation helping participants make their own handmade books in both the Kids Zone and at the Riverside Art Museum on Thursday October 10th from 4pm – Midnight.
